At Walk By Faith Pathways, our NDIS-registered services focus on participants to develop practical life skills, confidence and greater autonomy in their everyday lives.
Our capacity-building approach focuses on learning through participation, practice and encouragement, helping participants develop skills that are meaningful to their individual goals.
Key Focus Areas
- Personal Care Skills: Developing and maintaining personal hygiene, showering and grooming routines.
- Domestic Skills: Building skills in meal planning, grocery shopping, cooking, laundry and household cleaning.
- Community Access: Developing confidence using public transport, navigating local areas and participating safely in the community.
- Financial Skills: Learning budgeting, money management, banking practices and bill payments.
- Capacity Building: Developing problem-solving, time management, communication, decision-making and social skills.
