Supporting People to Live with Choice, Purpose and Independence
Walk By Faith Pathways (WBFP) is a local NDIS registered provider committed to supporting people with disability to live meaningful, connected and fulfilling lives.
We provide flexible, person-centred disability support that reflects each participant’s individual needs, goals, preferences and NDIS plan. We work alongside participants to understand what matters to them and support them to exercise choice and control over their lives.
Our approach is built on respect, inclusion, dignity and individual empowerment. We recognise that every person has unique strengths, abilities and aspirations, and we focus on creating opportunities for participants to build confidence, develop skills and increase their participation in everyday life and the wider community.
Through appropriate and reliable support, participants can work towards greater independence, strengthen relationships, participate in community activities, explore employment or volunteering opportunities, and pursue the goals that are important to them.

Our team brings together experienced, compassionate and dedicated professionals who are committed to delivering safe, respectful and reliable disability support.
We take the time to understand each participant and work collaboratively with their families, carers, support networks and other professionals where appropriate. This collaborative approach helps us provide consistent support that reflects the participant’s needs, preferences and goals.
Our team maintains professional boundaries, respects privacy, upholds confidentiality for people with disability, and works in accordance with all relevant NDIS requirements, policies, and professional standards. Each participant is supported by team members who have the necessary training, knowledge, and skills to implement evidence‑informed practice and meet the participant’s individual needs.
The Director of Walk By Faith Pathways is an experienced professional with a strong background in mental health, disability, youth and forensic support. With practical experience and professional knowledge in supporting people with complex needs and challenging behaviours, the Director is committed to providing safe, respectful, recoveryfocused support that promotes positive encouragement and inspires participants to grow with confidence. We appriciate for supporting Walk By Faith Pathways and the people we are here to support to be their best self.
We understand that consistency is essential for building trust, maintaining wellbeing and achieving meaningful outcomes. We promote consistent approaches and effective handovers to support continuity between staff and shifts.

We are committed to human rights and self-determination, and the support we offer is guided by people’s aspirations for the life they want to lead. Walk By Faith Pathways and its employees are also obligated to adhere to the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) Code of Conduct alongside Walk By Faith Pathways’ Code.
We recognise that restrictive practices can significantly affect a person’s rights and freedom. Our approach is to prevent and minimise the use of restrictive practices through person-centred support, positive behaviour support plan and proactive strategies. We undertake appropriate due diligence to help ensure that the people, organisations, services and arrangements involved in delivering supports are suitable, safe and aligned with participant needs.
We have processes in place to identify, respond to, record and review incidents that may affect the people we support, our staff or others. All incidents are taken seriously and managed promptly, respectfully and confidentially, in accordance with our policies, NDIS requirements. We are using incident information to strengthen our services and continuous improvement.
We are committed to providing accessible and inclusive services. If participants require an advocate or interpreter, please let us know. We can help you connect with appropriate advocacy or interpreter services to support your participation and decision-making throughout your NDIS journey. An advocate is an independent person who can help you understand your rights and ensure your voice is heard. If a participant uses a preferred language other than English, interpreter services can help you communicate effectively.

We respect your right to privacy and handle all information in accordance with applicable privacy laws and NDIS requirements. We take participants consent to share information.
