As a registered NDIS provider Walk By Faith Pathways, our team understand that accessing essential NDIS supports can be challenging for people living in rural and remote areas of the Northern Territory.
Our Remote Service Delivery approach is designed to bring quality, person-centred supports closer to participants, regardless of where they live. We aim to promote equitable access to reliable services that support independence, wellbeing and individual goals.

- Community Connections: Working with local communities and networks to help participants understand available supports and connect with appropriate services.
- Outreach and Regional Visits: Providing scheduled outreach and face-to-face services through regional and mobile support arrangements where appropriate.
- Culturally Safe and Responsive Practice: Delivering flexible, culturally respectful and trauma-informed support that recognises local Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander knowledge, traditions and community protocols.
- Telehealth and Digital Support: Using telephone, video conferencing and appropriate digital tools to maintain communication and continuity of support where safe, suitable and practical.
